My Vision
I am dedicated to helping people with sensitive and gentle natures to navigate major life changes and challenging relationships.
I guide others to gently release stuck or unwanted emotions so they can consciously redesign the next chapter of their life.
I am committed to supporting their emotional transition, helping them move beyond heart-felt pain, unhealthy dynamics and self-sabotaging behaviours. Together, we can create high-quality relationships with yourself and others, leading to a more fulfilling life of peace and clarity.
Finding Your Way From Emotional Overwhelm to Inner Resilience
A few years ago I unexpectedly lost my husband after more than 17 years of marriage. It was then that I began my own journey of emotional recovery and self-healing so that I could acknowledge and learn how to let go of the difficult, negative emotions I was repeatedly feeling after my loss.
Using a combination of over 20 years experience of facilitating Emotional Release processes, Eastern healing principles and knowledge gained from years of working with my intuition and the unconscious, I discovered a gentle but powerful way to transition through any destructive thoughts or emotions, release my heartache and grief and finally start living my life again.
At last I was able to gently restore a lasting sense of calm, harmony and balance to my inner world and build an inner resilience to the feelings of intense and deep grief, exhaustion and emotional overwhelm which I was facing every day.
As I began to put my own life back in order, I was able to successfully complete my Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Development (Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology) at Middlesex University and now specialise in helping those with a sensitive and gentle nature, with their emotional transition through major life changes and challenging relationships.
I am committed to consciously supporting others to move beyond the pain of trauma-related emotions, unhealthy interpersonal dynamics, sabotaging behaviour and confusion so that they can experience high-grade relationships with themselves and others.
